Electrical \ Pat Testing

PAT stands for "Portable Appliance Test" and is a routine legal requirement for electrical appliances to be checked to see if they are electrically safe. The full phrase describing the whole procedure is "In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment".

PAT inspection and testing is undertaken on a quarterly basis for high risk electrical appliances and biannually for low risk electrical appliances. At YES we are fully trained and experienced in performing PAT tests on your equipment and we can bring the necessary PAT testing equipment to your site to undertake the test so ensuring your personnel are safe need not interrupt your work by needing to send electrical equipment away to be tested.
